Herman Cain "Speaks" on Foreign Policy

Honestly I have to say I'm upset that it took a sex scandal to take Herman Cain out of the running. Of all the candidates (yes that includes Ron Paul), he's the least qualified and knowledgeable. I know that charisma and personality have a lot to do with it, but his weakness in foreign policy has to be a deal killer.
Throughout the campaign, Herman Cain managed to make his lack of knowledge endearing to the general public, so he'd come off as appearing more like the average person. But if you have a job interview, generally you study up on the company before going in. And if you decide to run for president, you should study up on foreign policy the second you decide to run. That's just common sense.
So assuming Herman Cain just realized he has nothing left to lose, yesterday he finally gave a speech detailing his foreign policy agenda.
Cain Speaks on Foreign Policy, Avoiding Accusations
This NYT article covers the speech, which sounds a lot like book reports I would write in high school without ever reading the books. Herman Cain, always a fan of catchy phrases (it does kinda get stuck in your head) can boil down his foreign policy to " No strength, no peace.”
